Oh I do love yardsales!

Some of you know how much I do love yardsales/thrift stores. Rhoda at Southern Hospitality has a linky party every Monday morning where people can post pictures of their yummy finds from the weekend. I thought that I would post a few pictures of some of my favorite finds recently.

I got the old rocking chair above for $5. Yippee!! The picnic basket, cream basket thing and metal tall basket were $1 each.

I found the metal boat lantern at a local thrift store for $2.50 and the blue boat mirror for $2 at a yardsale.

This table came from a friends yardsale. She is moving out of the country and was selling lots of wonderful goodies. I bought the lamp for $1 and the wooden holder for $1 at another yardsale. The wooden holder is really for wine but I am thinking washclothes or something like that for our bathroom when I redo it.

I found this beauty for $2. It does not have any glass in it but that is ok with me. I plan on turning it horizontally and hanging it on the wall above our bed. Not sure what pictures I want to add yet but then I still need to redo the entire bedroom.

Can't you see the possibilities in this?!? I bought it at the local Habitat Restore for $1.50. They were having their Memorial Day sale.

This metal plant stand was $1.

This table came from a local thrift store for $4. It did not come with the glass. I plan on making this into a cute outdoor bench.
